One interview with 4 deputy directors who asked numerous questions. They were quite friendly though, and it wasn't too nerve wracking. I was asked general interview questions that one would expect from a professional job.

Contacted by phone to arrange interview. It was three rounds of interviews with each being progressively more difficult. All three were panel interviews with between 3-4 people at each interview.

Interview
Conversation with three branch chiefs (it was for two different positions at once). It was on site in the manager's office. Overall, it went well the branch chiefs were cordial and was more conversational than like an interview.
