I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UBS (London, England) in Oct 2015
Interview
Online tests (logical and numerical SHL) followed by short 15 minute (competency based) phone interview and then an assessment centre. The assessment centre was very focused on competency and skills - personally I wasn't asked any technical questions - i.e. how to calculate a DCF and only a few commercial questions - i.e. what effect ECB QE might have on european bonds. The interviewers really put me at ease and I didn't feel they were trying to trip me up in their questioning. Was pleased to be asked questions on ethics. AC was a bit shorter than some others I attended - about a half day.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UBS in Nov 2015
Interview
I submitted an online application which consists of motivation questions for applying to the programme. Next, I sat through a numerical and a logical reasoning test, and got a phone interview a few months afterwards by email. Around 2 or three weeks after that, I was invited to the assessment centre, where we had more interviews and a group exercise.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (Zürich)
Interview
There were two interviews. They rated your hard and soft skills individually. It was a very friendly environment. They also answered your questions and gave a detailed overview about the future steps.
