I applied online. I interviewed at UBS (London, England)
Interview
Very tough. They asked the usual questions: Why UBS, why sales and trading, tell me about yourself. This was for Hirevue. There were a lot of questions. Online assessment then hirevue then AC.
Summer Intern program for the COO department. The process included a Hirevue, online tests (30 minutes, personality and aptitude), and then two video call interviews. These were with different team MDs, mid-seniority. Questions required knowledge of investment banking workflows and process, minimal financial technicals.
It was pretty straightforward and the questions were practical and what you would expect. They asked a lot about my resume. They were very welcoming. I was told there would be two rounds but there was only one.
