Interview
Overall negative experience because I went through two stages only to receive zero contact after two months.
Round 1: Online based interview through a portal where you had to record your answers within a 2-minute time frame for each question. Standard cultural fit type of questions.
Round 2: Skype and Case Study interview. Spoke to 6 different interviewers throughout 3 calls. The first call was the Case Study presentation and the last two were standard commercial based interviews.
Hatte ein HireVue interview. Dabei gibt es 7 Fragen für die man sich jeweils 2 Minuten vorbereiten kann und dann 2 Minuten zum beantworten. Habe dies bekommen nachdem ich mein CV und Motivationsschreiben eingereicht habe.
One assessment test about logic and behavior, then a pre recorded interview where you would see a question, then have one minute to think how to answer, then 2 minutes to discuss your answer
Die Interviewer waren sehr menschlich und haben sich um meine Persönlichkeit gekümmert. Es ging vor allem um die Umgangsformen und zwischenmenschliche Art der Person. Jedoch auch technische Skills wurden befragt.
