Interview
The first step is a Cognitive assessment: IQ test tbh
Verbal reasoning: you have different questions on a few tests available simultaneously and you have to pick if it's True or False or if the information is not available in the text.
Then it's a video interview without an interlocutor (hire view) were questions pop on the screen you have 1 min to think of your answer and 2 to answer. It's about your motivations for the role, the company, and interpersonal skills like how do you handle conflict...

Interview
It was smooth and wonderful, the best interview I had so far. It typically consists of four rounds. The first is technical assessment followed by TR1, TR2 and the HR round
Zuerst normale Fragen wie "Was sind deine besten Kurse im Studium?" oder "Was sind deine Stärken" und danach mehr technische Fragen zu Investments, Bilanzen und Banking allgemein. Insgesamt war mein Eindruck sehr positiv.
Average to medium level questions and also it was a great experience talking to team leads of their organisation and also they ask about sql questions and DBMS and people having java as strong point where selected for the interview process
