Interview
The process started with a telephone interview. After two weeks HR called me and informed me about an excel test and a business test that I had to complete. After that I was contacted by one of the Finance division employees of UPS. We scheduled an interview with the manager of the team that was interested on my profile.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UPS (Livonia, MI) in Jan 2018
Interview
Excel and Microsoft Access are the most important aspects of the interview. They may only ask a few questions at first, but make sure you talk a lot about your knowledge of Excel and what you can do within the program. If you know or are willing to learn Macros that's a plus since not many in their Livonia, MI office know how to write them.
