I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UPS (Oakland, CA) in May 2015
Interview
It was an okay interview but after introducing myself, they asked me the details of the company. So, you need to do some thorough research and make a connection between their strengths and your qualifications. That is, it is not enough to say the fact that UPS is the world’s largest package delivery company. You should pull out some interesting facts about them.
