Interview
Got a call in less than a week, got hired no later than a week after that, just need to pass background, no drug screen required. Don’t overthink the process there isn’t much to it, just be sure your background is clean.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
