UPS Package Handler interview questions

Interview was simple and straightforward, but they lie about many things. Ex) You only have to complete 4hrs and 30mins per day. They will let you out after 4hrs and 30mins on your first week, but starting your 2nd week they work you like a dog and will not let you leave and treat you as if they owned you. You might as well give them a chain leash and a whip when you start your 2nd week.

It was short, they just wanted to see if you were physically able and reliable. They have a high turnover rate, so they are always hiring. They have a longer training period of about a week after you get hired and safety is a big issue. They offer advancement after only 6 months. They really do try to create and maintain a positive image and culture.
