UPS Part Time Package Handler interview questions

Strange, but in a good way, I guess. The interviewer spoke to all the new applicants at once; she didn't ask each job candidate the typical interview questions you would expect. At no time during the entire "interview" and facility tour/orientation process were the words, "You're hired" or "We'd like to offer you a position with us" spoken to me. I guess if you apply online (which is what I did) and show up for the "interview" the first day and return the second day for the tour of the facility, you're hired. Bizarre experience.
