I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UPS (Redmond, WA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Is like getting cattle through slaughterhouse. Basically they are just looking for fodder to the Gristmill. It felt impersonal and really was just more of checking a box then it was actually ascertaining my skill set
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Very smooth process after getting a tour of the facility. They asked simple behavioral questions. The interview was not hard and as long as you fit what they need in terms of schedule, you should get it if you don't truly mess up a question.

Question 1
How would you go about getting into a dispute with a coworker?
Very easy phone call, then in person interview. They seem to know that the job is somewhat demanding at first. After the first week you will be put in a class where they certify to to do certain things and introduce you to the Job in small amounts per day. Overall its not bad just some early week days can be demanding.
