I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UPS (Riverside, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
Interview took place on two separate days. First day for paperwork, second for orientation. Should have only taken one day in my opinion. More of a sign-up than an interview, expect to be asked for extra hours to load packages on a voluntary basis.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Charlottesville, VA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Thier is no interview process. You apply and usually around the time they are looking to hire people is when you'll be contacted. They'll call you in for orientation which will last about 2 hours and they'll explain the job, and after that you're essentially hired.
