Applied online and scheduled my interview appointment the next day. Showed up on time with 3 others the HR manager greeted us and took us in. She asked us a few questions to see if we were up for the job then had us fill out a simple question air. After that we had a 1 on 1 with her to answer more simple questions.

Interview
The process began online as I filled out the application on UPS's website, and I was informed to come down to their main office on Jefferson St. to continue the process. Once there I was informed to show my State ID and Social Security card before answering a few more questions about my past employment and time in college. About a week later, I was contacted to come in for orientation.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS (Salisbury, MD) in Dec 2015
Interview
One of the easiest interviews I've ever done. They bring everyone who applied into a room and go over the basic duties of the job. If you still want the job you stay after and have a quick 1 on 1 interview. After they select who they want you get a paper telling you to come back in for a 3 hour information session.
