Interview
You and other potential employees are in a room with the supervisor. They ask for your driver's licence, SSN number, name, etc. They call someone up higher, a hiring manager. They ask if everyone can handle the work, and the requirements for it. Then they call you about a week or two later to tell you if you're hired or not. No drug test.

Interview
Directly after submitting my resume I was asked to pick a day/time to interview for the position. I showed up two days later for my interview with 20 other candidates standing outside the building. The HR representative opens the doors 30 minutes late and doesn't say a word until we all are in our seats in a large meeting room. Two interviewers begin picking out the candidates that they believe are the least likely to accept the position (guys with dreadlocks, beards, and all the older applicants). The whole process took about 2 hours, with a face-to-face time of two minutes.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS (Houma, LA) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview process went GREAT!. I was asked a series of questions and my suggestion to you is if you do not like DOGS do not apply foe this job its very seldom that you have to deal with one. But 9 times out of ten u will have to face your fears ! I enjoyed working with UPS in 2014 but when i got hired in 2015 it was totally different i was not satisfied at all ! I only got called to work at least 4 times within a month and a weeks period which was not fair ! Because i feel like if i worked for them in 2014 and i love my job so much i should have been one of the first ones down to work but ill never apply with them again unless they decide to call me and offer me a permanent job !
