Interview
Met recruiter during high school, set up my physical and all of the other requirements. There's not really an interview. Just take the ASVAB, then your recruiter will ask you things like drugs you've taken, if you were in gangs, the usual CVSA/Poly questions, minus the poly/cvsa test.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at US Air Force (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jan 2009
Interview
The interview process for the United States Air Force is more rigorous than a most branches. The Air Force has a reputation of providing a better environment for their soldiers than the other branches; thus, they can afford to be picky. If you are thinking of enlisting you must prepare for the ASVAB exam as minimum scores are required for entrance and will determine what career fields will be open to you. The background check is extensive and you will have to answer for all prior offenses.
