I was told I had the job before they even asked what programming languages I knew. They said they’d teach me to program and never did but it was a fun/good experience regardless

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at US Air Force (Clinton, MD) in May 2018
Interview
Interview was scheduled in person. In depth questions but overall easy experience if you know the job. Interview took approximately 45 minutes. After about 2 weeks I got a call back from HRO saying I had been offered the position.

Do you have experience with inspections?
Do you have experience with IMDS?
The interview panel consisted of 3-4 people total and each panel member had at least 2 questions, 8-10 questions total. After the interview, the head of the panel followed up with me within 3 days after with the panel decision.

All of the questions were scenario based and you needed to have a good memory of the work history to draw on. Each question included at least 2-3 questions and I took at least 5-10 minutes to answer each question in whole.
