A recruiter contacted me about doing a phone screen but was a no show the first time, she apologized a few days later that something came up and couldn't make it and if we could set up another date and time to conduct the phone screen. We agreed on a set date and time but once again, the recruiter did not call. The recruiter seems pretty disorganized and didn't really respect other people's time for waiting for their call. I would've expected a company like VMWare to have their act together but even a simple tech screen, they cannot get right.

1 hr phone interview for screening - developer was very friendly and helpful, followed by 5 hours of on site interviews. Leetcode medium questions and react/javascript and design questions. included 1 hr with hiring manager. Some of the interviewers were not very helpful, confusing and ambiguous questions.
