VMware Member Technical Staff interview questions

Interview was scheduled directly through employee reference. My friend, who was working in vmware has forwarded my resume to HR. First, I got call from HR and then he confirmed date with me. They called 4 to 5 people on that day and 2 vacancies were there. Scheduled time was on 2.00pm and I gave my first round at 4.15pm. We almost waited for 2 hours. They have send one 1-2 year experience employee from one technical team. There were three technical rounds and then formal HR round. 1. Data structure and algorithmic questions. 2. Java / C++ based questions. 3. General technical round. Unfortunately, I haven't cleared first round.
