Veritas Technologies interview questions

At first engineers from different teams gave you some technical interviews about Linux, Bash and some other script knowledge. Then managers from your team and test team came to ask you questions about working culture and task handling. Finally, VP asked about some tricky questions such as how to handle conflicts with team players from other teams.

It got over in within 15 mins. They asked me almost nothing to test my knowledge. I have no clue on what basis will they be deciding to proceed or not.
