Waitrose interview questions

The interview was good. I had a virtual interview. They asked 5 questions. The questions asked were mostly from the published set (they are on the 'How to Apply' page). Therefore, you can prepare most of your answers in advance. Some questions were not from the set list. For example, I was asked about why I applied to that role in particular and why I wanted to work for Waitrose. I would recommend researching the history of Waitrose and JLP, as well as some key facts about both. Also look at the JLP values.

Easy interview process, basic questions, driving licence check. Competency questions, then onto logistics questions. I.e loading vans and routes. Further down the line it’s driving exams to make sure you are comfortable.
