Waitrose interview questions

Group interview, you answer a couple of questions based on supermarket scenarios. They go round the table answering. After the answers, you rank what you would do based on importance. Finally you do a private interview where they ask about strengths, working in a team and why you want to work there.

Online interview with a hiring manager or store manager (in person) who asks basic questions to get to know what type of person you are and what prior experience you have.
