Simple and quick, just asking for previous experience. All other questions were pretty much related to interpersonal communication, as well as a couple "would you be willing to cover other roles if needed"
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Walgreens (Yucaipa, CA) in Sep 2010
Interview
Manager called me asked me if I would like to come in for an interview, came in the same day. The interview process was rather basic, asked me about my customer service experience/past job employment/knowledge of walgreens and walgreens past history as a company. Manager was very friendly, I had confidence going into the interview that I was gonna get the job. After doing our 1:1 interview she made me go fill out a little application on a computer and then offered me the job position, told me I would have to agree to a drug test, take it within the next three days. Once my drug test had passed I got a call back and was called in that same day to work.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Explain a time when you have a customer complain/was upset with you or the situation and how did you solve it?
Easy, they ask questions and expect genuine answers. Had 2 interviews and they went very well. I was asked about previous experience which I didn’t have but they were understanding of that
The interview process was straightforward and efficient, with easy, clear questions that required minimal extra preparation. I also appreciated how promptly the interview was scheduled and conducted, which made the overall experience smooth and respectful of my time.
