Interview
Very long interview process. It consisted mainly of behavioral and situational questions. They have a packet of questions they go through and grade you on how well you answer those questions.

Interview
It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.
