The interview process was straightforward and relaxed. I applied online and received a phone call within a few days to schedule an in-person interview. The one-on-one interview with the store manager was informal and mainly focused on customer service skills, availability, and interest in the role. They were very friendly and made the process comfortable. They decided not to hired me because i only planed to work during the summer
