Interview
The interview process was one on one, between me and the store manager. I was asked a series of questions ranging from hypothetical, personal, and skills questions. Once I completed the questioning portion, I was then shown around the store.

Interview
i Applied online and followed up with an email to the Market Human Resource Manager. After about two weeks, I was called in for an interview with the Market HR manager. She asked me some questions about my previous experience in customer service then preceded to the interview questions. The environment was relaxed, but formal. The interview was 1:1 with Market HR Manager.

Describe a time where you had to solve a complex problem within a given time frame. What was the problem? What solutions did you take to solve the problem, what if any set backs took place and how did you over come them? Lastly, did you solve the problem?

Interview
Several phone interviews. Very informal and easygoing. History, why move, preferred locations.
Online questionnaire with math test. Usual questionnaire with a hundred questions asked different ways to see how you answer or if you contradict yourself.
Math one was pretty tough. I thought I bombed it, ended up guessing a few.
Called in for a five circuit interview. Two store managers or SM and co manager X 5 rooms. Each station asked four questions. One "what if" and one describe a real situation where you..." In rapid succession. If you keep it light and conversational it will go fine.
Dm took five of us candidates to corner of seasonal dept and had a question period. They also evaluate you there. Ask intelligent questions about the dept, Merch, receiving.. Ect. Show insight.

If a frozen shipment was at the back door, nobody there to receive it, HR manager needed to talk to you, and customers were overwhelming the front end what would you do
