I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Walmart (El Paso, TX)
Interview
Introduction to the company and the benefits of working there.
Mandatory drug testing before employment. Issue uniform vest nametag
and discount card. You can choose what department you would like to
work in. Training is 8 hour interval. They will work with you about your availability hours but better if you have open availabilty
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
The interview was brief but straight forward. I interviewed with someone and was done within 15 minutes. They asked a few questions about myself and past job experience. Then I progressed to the next steps in the hiring process. The next steps where orientation.
