Wells Fargo Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The process was a 2 part interview. Using the STAR method. It was fairly easy just behavioral questions. They typically take 3-7 days to follow up with you depending on if it was internal or an external interview.

Phone interview with recruiter, group interview and then individual with hiring manager. Standard hiring process and pretty similar to the other regional and national banks in my area. The whole hiring process took about 4-5 weeks
