I applied online. I interviewed at Western Union (Wilna) in Oct 2018
Interview
I was screened by a recruiter from UK and the Hiring manager consequently. This happened after 2 months since my online application, I almost had forgotten about it. But the interviewers were excellent professionals - the recruiter and the hiring manager, both are based in UK.

Application
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Western Union (Pune)
Interview
It consisted of 3 rounds of interview .. started with 1 round with a peer in Australia followed with an interview with the sr manager based in U.K. and ended with a round with the hiring manager/ reporting manager in Australia.. they informed bout selection and position went on hold.
The position opened in Jan.. then went on hold.. then reopened then went on hold again.. then opened and went on hold again- every time they reopened the position they seeked interest and then never responded.. bad experience..
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Western Union is experiencing exciting times right now, where we’re rapidly expanding digital offerings with quick changes at times. We are very interested in continuing to improve the interview process. Your feedback is highly appreciated and we will make sure to share this both internally and with our staffing agencies. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss this in person. Please contact us at Pune.Careers@WesternUnion.com. Thanks again.
