Muitas etapas, processo de torna cansativo. Demoram para te dar um retorno, participei de dois processos e todos da mesma maneira. Muita perguntas desnecessárias e sem direção do que eles querem realmente do candidato.
15 min short remote phone call interview and pretty much a standard behavior based interview same as others. Need to prepare for questions in detail if want to do well.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Western Union (Tokio) in Feb 2023
Interview
1st: Talent Acquisition 2nd: Recruitment Manager and both were zoom interview. 3rd: Country Manager - face to face and country manager was not sure what to ask and lazy. He just talks normal things about remittance industry in Japan. They ghosted me for 3 months and just received an email (automated) i.e. another candidate has been selected for the position. Now wondering is this really a MNC and managing more than 10K employees and shocked of their management. Even recruitment manager assigned to write marketing plan. I am not putting any frustration here, but wondering is this the company where we dreamt to work? I feel they discriminate the candidate by their nationality as well. They have even mentioned this is the higher position then who asked you take up-to 3rd round. So, called MNC company you don't have any right to play with candidate`s time. Due to this reason I myself feel so low. Hope the company`s management will look matter like this.
