I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Western Union (Pune) in Jul 2018
Interview
The interviewer sounded like he was not prepared to take the interview. He was expecting a candidate for technical architect for API only. The job title says product management so basically there is a HUGE gap between interviewers and people creating job description.

Question 1
I think they need to understand the position and job profile. I have selected many candidates that were not expert technically but very strong logically and analytically. Such candidates have proven much better than candidates who were very good technically at interview.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Western Union (Englewood, CO) in Jun 2018
Interview
I received an email to set up my initial screening interview and took two recruiters to get that scheduled. The initial screening call with my third recruiter was a typical interview and went well. On to my second interview with two higher level individuals. They were unprofessional and laughed through majority of my interview. From that interview I received an assignment that I spent about four hours on to make it excellent. Insert recruiter number four to schedule my in person interview and number five to be my contact. The in person interview went well, two individuals on site that were professional and also commented on how well I did on the assignment. I left feeling good about that one! However another two weeks and three follow ups to my fifth recruiter an no response, very frustrating since I was simply asking for when I could expect to hear something. Finally I get my rejection email from Western Union HR. I obviously did not get the position but towards the end began to debate if I would even accept at that point after all the ridiculousness I had been through. I have seen similar interview reviews on here prior to beginning the process and did not listen. I will not apply again and please, save your self the time and look elsewhere.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Western Union (London, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
There were 4 rounds of interview
First and 2nd round were with hiring manager, which lasted around 1 hr each and mostly focused on current role and program management...
3rd round was a case study, where you need to send your solution of case study in ppt and then interview was on my solution... Many interviewer didn't joined the call at the first place, which was strange and I only ended up intw with same peeson who did 2nd rpund of Interview.
4th round was with HR...
I received mail from HR about my salary slip and other details to work on my offer letter. However after that there was no response and after multiple follow up, they mentioned that they are interviewing more candidate.... So overall it was bad experience where recuriter dont know when he want to proceed further and backtracked on offer letter...
Response from HR was very poor and only after multiple follow up
