My strengths include the ability to communicate well with all employees including supervisors, customers, co-workers and managers. This allows teamwork to occur and prevents misunderstandings from happening. My area of improvement is that I have a high attention to detail and I like to ensure tasks are completed correctly the first time, and completed in a timely manner. (This is the positive way of saying I work at a pace that is different from others, but effectively.)
