Customer service means providing a positive and helpful experience that allows customers to feel valued and taken care of. It means more than simply solving problems, and applies more so to how they are solved. I provide quality customer service through listening carefully, communicating clearly and concisely, and being patient and respectful with every customer that enters the establishment. It is about anticipating needs, following through with my word, and leaving customers with a good impression of the company.
