Manual testing is a functional testing based on test scenario's tester will write the test cases and execute those manually. Those test cases will be automated and executed with the help of automation tools like selenium etc.. that is automation testing If resource can do programming along with automation testing we can call as SDET Exp : selenium + C# , selenium+ Java etc..
