Supervisors do not have to "do it all" in fact they are delegators, So I found the best-suited person no matter the title and deligated the tasks out, my team felt confidant knowing that even I need help as they do sometimes. We achieved the goal as a team, promoting team building at the same time. Most were uptrained to Supervisor before I left as recognition is always given to them by me.
