I have to be honest and tell the hiring manager my wishes to continue my education. This seem to disqualify me from getting the job since this company hires mostly individuals with GEDs or only high scholl education. Wanting to pursue a Masters degree seems to be to much education for them. this is a sad reality nowdays!! The more education, the more they have to pay. therefore, unless you know that the company you're interviewing with supports higher education do not tell them you' are planning to continue. They will throw you in the #2 pile. That is hoe ALDI classifies their candidates. Good luck everyone and never give up!!

The best answer to "where you see yourself in 5 yrs?" is that no one really knows where they will be. when you say college they assume you won't be invested into their company. so why would a company hire you when you basically told them it's just a job, not a career. So altogether it doesn't matter if your going to further your education or become a lawyer. That question is an eye opener to whomever is asking that question. Watch what you say.
