Midway through my degree I decided to choose HR because of the ability and possibility to help people grow personally and professionally which ultimately influences the success of an organization. Working is inevitable for everyone and I want to be part and contribute to a working culture that people love to be part of. I think that HR is one of if not the most important professional discipline in an organization.
