It was my first job after not completing college, I had heard the sales people at the time bragging that they made more money in hours than I could make in months. Hearing this and making 16 an hr while being one of the three men on my crew (7 man crew) who would do the steepest pitched roofs in the most dangerous weather I at the time decided that I wanted to try my hand at sales as well. I also had been training new guys for a year and being left in charge of all mounting operations on my squad on the roof.
