All of my job roles have been customer facing so I have a lot of experience with people. I also carried out a customer service apprenticeship so I know what it takes to make it exceptional. I have a very bubbly, warm and positive personality so I seem very welcoming to customers. I also live very close and this is my local store so in the event that I am needed last minute it would not take me long at all to get into work. I personally think that all of these reasons makes me the ideal candidate for this role.
