The Gartner LEADIT rotational development program provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to Analytics, Data Sciences, Product Management, Application Development teams over the course of three to four years. Through challenging rotations, LEADIT associates will develop well-rounded skills and an understanding of the interdependencies between different service areas, while gaining exposure to advanced analytics, data science initiatives, data engineering and application development functions.
