Asda is shop my family is extremely loyal to and is our go to store no matter the distance. I believe with my experiences of customer service I can be an asset to your team as I’m quick on my feet, my memory is good to which gives me the advantage of learning all the isles so I can give my best service to a customer. Also I remember a time I had to deal with a difficult customer who wasn’t satisfied with their product. To calm them down I offered alternatives and a discount on the item which left them feeling much calmer then before. Working in overwhelming periods like Christmas and new years is a time I know many stores are looking for new employees. This is great because my availability is very flexible and I can work long shifts, especially on these days. Getting to work on time is never an issue and I do have a reliable source of transportation. I’ve never really had issues on my punctuality before as I’m literally a good 30 mins - 60 mins early than my shift, proving how dedicated and reliable I really am.
