Telephonic round, Operations round, Presentation, L&D round, Client round, HR round, Recruiter called me for a basic skills round, after that manager called up and checked the skills, for the presentation round I had to come to office and gave a presentation, learning and development head had called up and checked with the skills, then client had called up and asked the end to end roles and responsibilities of an assistant manger

The interview process consists of multiple rounds.
Round 1 is the Versant Test, which includes Listening, Reading, and Writing assessments to evaluate communication skills.
Candidates who qualify Round 1 will move to the next rounds such as Technical Round, where programming, SQL, and problem-solving skills are tested.
After that, there will be an HR/Managerial Round, where communication, attitude, and role suitability will be evaluated.
Finally, selected candidates will receive the offer based on overall performance.

Quiet hectic process, interviews are generally difficult. Too many ques. are asked based on your resume. And based on industry and entire audit process. Case based interviews are there and more than 30 ques. are being asked.
