Interview
Poor first impression and unprofessional.
I received the initial email inviting me to attend the first interview with a member of the HR team.
I was offered a choice of 2 days, but the link sent only showed me 1 day.
I selected the only available day, then waited to receive link to the call. I received the email confirmation for my interview but with no link attached. The email also was sent from a generic random email address, so i couldn't communicate well with Wolt.
I emailed plenty of times to ask for the link to my interview call, up until the actual date and exact time of my interview. I received no reply.
Eventually the recruiter emailed me asking why i'm not in the call!! I informed them of what happened, and she just said "its a bug in their system", was not apologetic and that was it.

Standart Online Video Call von externem HR. Nettes Gespräch mit den gängigen Fragen. Wenn man sich etwas darauf vorbereitet, ist man gut gewappnet. Absage kam aufgrund fehlender Erfahrung im Führungsbereich.

Straight forward process, and quick feedback, test task, and face to face meeting as a last step. I liked the process because of quick communication, and very emphatic approach. Can highly recommend

Interview
Did not get through to the interview. Experience was nice for sensing resume and application letter. Responsible hr person seemed polite and overall experience was quite good. Next step would have been a interview but unoftjnately not this time for me.
