The process has 3 phases, the general one where you tell more about yourself , the second where you have to take a 10 min test and the last one where you get accepted

What do you think a quality customer service means. General questions such as who you are, studies, previous experience etc. In the second interview you have to take a quick test and respond to possible messages you may receive from a customer

Interview
The interviewer was very polite, friendly and respectful. I had a pleasant time talking with everyone in the group. Everybody had a chance to present themselves and to solve a group task we got.
The process lasted for a very long time - almost a month. The conversation during the interview though run smoothly and the questions were normal but too generic. It seemed like I was one more number to them.
