World Bank Group interview questions

Panel of four asking basic questions. One of the panelists before the interview told me who his favorite candidates were and after the interview told me who he had liked the most. Very inappropriate disclosure of procedures. Led me to believe that it was all set from the beginning.

Very smooth but can take a long time because they run a background check...first met with HR then had a panel interview and finally a one on one with the director...make sure you can talk about your previous projects
