After a workshop I applied on their website. Few days later I received an email with a link to a test.
The test resulted being quite long and more difficult than I expected. They made me sign a privacy contract so I will not mention the topics the test covered.

My CV was picked on a web service and I was invited to take an online test by an intermediary recruiter. He told me I would have to pass an online test whenever I was ready and if I passed I would have a phone interview. I took few days to go over some math. The test lasted two hours and was very technical.

Several rounds phone interview and online tests.
Phone interviews were conducted with portfolio managers and senior quantitative researchers.
For PMs, questions are easier. Most of them are related to your background.
For quantitative researchers, questions are very technical and challenging.Questions are ranging from IQ test, quick math, and finance knowledge.
Some quantitative background questions were also asked, e.g. how to design a strategy.
