I focused on how everyone needs to be engaged regardless of their age, but would alter experiential scenario based questions within the training to personalize it so the learner relates.

This is where learners' analysis comes to play. Learners' academic background and experience shape their "readiness level" to accept the instructional materials, learn from the materials, and retain and transfer their knowledge. I would develop the materials and keep them all within the same course, however, I before I design and develop, I would use the "analyze " phase where I would analyze the learners. I would gain information from both 25 year old and 70 year old's and determine their readiness level. I would add scenario-based learning and use examples based on the information that I gained through learners' analysis phase before I design and develop instructional materials.
