First step was submitting application form with a case to solve.
Second step was phone interview on theory of testing.
Third step was on-site interview with questions about motivation, theory and some practical tasks
Many stage interview - first HR, then Product manager, then Potential Direct Manager, then Technical Interview, then again Potential Direct manager. The overall - extremely friendly and collaborative atmosphere. Clear feedback and deny reason

Interview
They look for mid-level developers. Screening included some terms description, but mostly focused on my experience. Interview consisted of solving two algorithm task in online whiteboard (code does not assumed to be compileable). It appeared that the speed of the solution was valued more than the quality.
