Pre-Recorded Interview Questions are spot on to what others said. When it came down to one on one with interviewer at another location, he didn't ask any questions, I was prepared to answer. After reading all of the experiences on here prior to my interview, I prepared to be ready. Interviewer did not ask any questions relating to what we would have expected and between reading all of the negative experiences on here, I froze to the off cuff questions he asked and was so nervous to answer with confidence. I let him know I prepared and I was even gaslit as for him to tell me that the answers didn't need to be prepared to fit the questions as they take other factors into account like experience, etc. I've been a claims adjuster for over 10 years and can say that was the worse interview all around. I thought his response as to say other factors would be taken into account, was taking into consideration of my experience and genuine interest in the position and all of the other aspects progressive as a company, provided me with a genuine interest to grow with the company. NONE of that was taken into account even if you appear nervous. So dont. The most disappointing part of this experience was getting an email telling me I couldnt apply for another year??? Why not? I passed every aspect up until the one on one interview. I'm not sure what he stated but to act one way towards me and turn around to provide feedback to where I cant apply for a year is very disparaging and dishonest. Reading the horrible experiences on here and him asking questions off the cuff made it that much worse while thinking about what I was going to say and how much pressure a robotic type answer in conjunction with STAR would be the BEST. I believe the interviewer made it the worse experience. Fingers crossed you get a good one that will actually ask you questions that they tell you to prepare will be asked. None of them were.
