Associate Counsel Interview Questions

5,112 associate counsel interview questions shared by candidates

*The interviews were appropriately professional and what I expect from a successful company. It's hard to rate them by difficulty level because I don't think the intention was to "stump" me. What's more important is that the interviewers asked relevant questions. I was asked why I wanted to go in house, what my motivations were for leaving my current firm, how do I work with others, and what experiences do I have that will benefit FN. I wouldn't classify these questions as "easy" or "hard" but rather appropriate. I felt comfortable and heard when answering questions.
