They had asked basic questions regarding CEQA/NEPA and planning and had asked the standard questions on weaknesses, strengths, and adaptiveness, One thing that stood out with this interview from previous ones, was their interest on my professional goals and personality. Overall, they wanted to know the type of employee I am, my preferred management style, and professional goals. Technical questions based on CEQA/NEPA were more on where to look for information, how to research, what to do when you don't know an issue etc. They also asked about personality traits as AECOM tends to hire people who like to volunteer and network.
